1. Who We Are

DoneByText is operated by Boolean Bliss, LLC. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Boolean Bliss, LLC. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you, the person using DoneByText.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you sign up and use DoneByText:

  • Account information: Your name, phone number, and chosen messaging platform (Telegram, SMS, or WhatsApp).
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
  • Messages: The text messages you exchange with your DoneByText assistant.
  • Profile data: Information you share during onboarding (occupation, location, interests, preferences) used to personalize your assistant.
  • Task data: Information related to tasks your assistant performs on your behalf, including emails sent, web searches, and results.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate your personal AI assistant and execute tasks you request.
  • To personalize your assistant's behavior and improve recommendations.
  • To send you messages from your assistant via your chosen platform.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To monitor system health and ensure your assistant stays online.
  • To provide customer support when you need help.

4. Your Dedicated Infrastructure

Paid subscribers get a dedicated virtual private server (VPS) that runs their assistant. Your conversation history, profile, and memory are stored on your dedicated server. Trial users run on shared infrastructure with isolated containers — your data is never visible to other users.

5. Gmail Account

We create a dedicated Gmail account for your assistant to send and receive emails on your behalf. This account is exclusively used for your tasks. You can request the credentials at any time. On cancellation, we provide the account details so you can retain access.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DoneByText:

  • Hetzner Cloud (Germany) — server hosting for your dedicated VPS.
  • Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp message delivery.
  • Telegram Bot API — Telegram message delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • MiniMax / OpenRouter — AI model provider powering your assistant's intelligence.
  • Serper — web search capabilities for your assistant.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

7. Data Location

Your assistant's VPS is hosted in Hetzner's Falkenstein, Germany data center. Your data is stored on European servers with strong data protection standards.

8. Data Export

You can request a full export of your data at any time by texting your assistant "export my data." Your assistant will package your profile, conversation history, memory, and any files into a zip file and email it to you.

9. Data Deletion

When you cancel your subscription, we export your data and send it to you. After a 30-day grace period, your dedicated VPS is destroyed and all data on it is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

10. Security

We use SSH key authentication for server access, encrypted connections for all API communications, and isolated Docker containers for trial users. Your dedicated VPS is accessible only to your assistant and our monitoring systems.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, your assistant will notify you via your messaging platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
