Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using DoneByText, you agree to these Terms of Service. DoneByText is operated by Boolean Bliss, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

DoneByText provides you with a personal AI assistant accessible via Telegram, SMS, or WhatsApp. Your assistant runs on dedicated infrastructure and can browse the web, send emails, monitor information, and perform tasks on your behalf. The assistant is powered by AI and operates autonomously based on your instructions.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at $39.99 per month. You may cancel at any time during the trial by texting your assistant "cancel" or through Stripe's customer portal.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The subscription costs $39.99 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice sent through your messaging platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DoneByText to:

• Engage in illegal activities or instruct the assistant to perform illegal actions.
• Harass, threaten, or send abusive communications to others.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts.
• Attempt to access other users' data, assistants, or infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, exploit, or resell the service.
• Use the assistant to generate malware, deepfakes, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Agent Actions and User Responsibility

Your DoneByText assistant is an AI agent that takes real-world actions on your behalf, including but not limited to:

• Sending emails from a dedicated Gmail account.
• Browsing websites and interacting with online services.
• Communicating with third parties via email.
• Making purchases or bookings if explicitly instructed.

You are responsible for the instructions you give your assistant. By using DoneByText, you authorize your assistant to act on your behalf based on your instructions. We recommend reviewing important actions before confirming them. The assistant will seek confirmation for high-stakes actions, but you are ultimately responsible for approving those actions.

7. No Guarantee of Task Completion

While we strive for reliability, DoneByText does not guarantee that every task will be completed successfully. The assistant relies on AI models and third-party services that may experience downtime, errors, or limitations. We are not liable for tasks that fail, are completed incorrectly, or produce unexpected results. For critical or time-sensitive tasks, we recommend verifying the outcomes independently.

8. Data Ownership

You own your data. Your profile, conversation history, memories, and any files created by your assistant belong to you. You can export all your data at any time by texting your assistant "export my data." We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Your payment method fails repeatedly and cannot be resolved.
• You use the service for illegal purposes.
• You abuse the infrastructure or attempt to compromise other users.

Before termination, we will attempt to notify you and provide a data export. In cases of severe abuse, we may terminate immediately without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boolean Bliss, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DoneByText. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. DoneByText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through your messaging platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
